People and youngsters do not know about international opportunities. During graduation or PG who are abroad or in India, they should apply for internship in these organizations. Once you get in, you will learn how it works and how you should prepare for the YOUNG PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM in which you can get selected through INTERNATIONAL CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION (ICSC).
Each organization like the World Health Organization (WHO), ILO, UN, UNDP etc have their own YPP which is administered by the ICSC. It is like Indian Civil Service Exam where officers are recruited in IAS, IFS, IPS, IRPS, IRS etc. (The Author has given all details; you can see in this book.)
For professional-DEPUTATION, those who are working in government or private, also they can apply with an expert field with their experience for short tenure like 1 to 4 years. It is a very satisfying experience with good job and financial benefits. Choose a field, apply on the HR gateway of the UN or respective portal. You will succeed.

What would be your guidelines for youngsters and parents for their children in regard to their future career?

First, support you or your child where you like to work from the core of your heart. If you like the work, then you enjoy work and excel in life. Hence let the youngsters do work where they want. Just guide and support them with your supervision.
Youngsters have great international opportunities for all in India and abroad, apply in it in various fields like finance, supply chain management, programming, administration etc.

Please kindly share your best moments in life or career.
