With over 20 years of experience and is presently the Director in (DARPG), conducted many Regional Conference in various parts of India where 100 plus Principal Secretaries, senior IAS officers, etc used to be present. In this, PM Awardees and National e-Governance Awardees used to call as speakers. Also contributed for International Institue of Administrative Science -IIAS- DARPG conference 2025 organized at New Delhi. Also contributed for Civil Service Day 2025. Projects are executed under State Collaborate Initiative (SCI) from District Collectors, State Governments and Central Governments..

Dr. Tushaba is a very humble person who intends to channelize his expertise and capabilities in to better assist the Welfare of the Railway staff and their families. He has taken several initiatives which have helped both, staff along with their families and the administration as well.
