Awarded “Railway National Award – 2020” for development & Introduction of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) on Pune Division, Central Railway. “Principal Chief Personnel Officer Award” (PHOD) for the year 2016 for developing computer base modules for “Promotion, Appointments on Compassionate Ground”, “LARSGESS”, etc. “Appreciation Letter” by Member Staff (Secretary) , Railway Board for remarkable work in Human Resource Management in 2019 Awarded “General Manger’s Efficiency Shield” (Over Central Railway) for best performance in various filed of Personnel Department such as promotion, Settlement, Staff Grievance, Manpower Planning, innovations, etc. for SIX Years i.e. 2015,2016, 2017, 2019, 2021 & 2022. Awarded “General manager Efficiency Shield for Scout & Guide” in 2015 and 2016. “Appreciation Letter” by Director General (HR) Railway Board for organizing Indian Railway International HR Summit” on 19th March, 2021.

1. As a step towards Digital India, e-Office and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) were implemented on Pune Division. It is available on the website www.railkarmikseva.in. 2. To ensure timely promotion of employees, an Online Selection Calendar developed and implemented on Central Railway, Selection calendar of all Divisions and Workshops are being monitored by Central Railway HQ. 3. For conducting Departmental Exams, Computer Based Test (CBT) module developed in-house. All departmental exams are being conducted through CBT. This module is also being used by around 30 Divisions on Indian Railway. 4. Pioneer for developing e-APAR Module (Confidential Reports) for non-gazetted employees on Indian Railways. All the APAR’s (Confidential Reports Pune Division for the year 2019-2020 have been completed successfully. Ministry of Railways nominated Committee Member for implementation of HRMS APAR module on Indian Railways. 5. Developed first comprehensive website for training of employees www.irot.in. All training materials including training videos are available on the website. 6. To protect the rights of employees and transparency in Administration, and Android mobile App ‘railkarmikseva’ and a portal ‘railkarmikseva.in’ developed through which employees can access their seniority, pay slip, form- 16, Office Orders. Also employees can apply for leave, Quarter, Privilege Pass and also employee can register their grievance. 7. CHAT BOT – First step towards Artificial Intelligence- A website www.railsahayyakpune.in in developed. This is pa lace where employee can solve their problems regarding UMID, IPAS HRMS, IROT & Grievances. Around 1000 Plus videos and PDFs are available to solve their grievances. 8. Digitalization of field manual Personnel Records: All Records pertain to Personnel Department maintained at Stations & depots such as Staff Index Register, Leave Register, Quarter Register, Grievance Register, etc. are made digitalized. It is facilitated to monitor records of stations/depots at distant locations from Divisional Office. Earlier these records were maintained manually by the staff.
