He has internally developed Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and deployed it successfully in Central Railways for the better management of Human Resource. He has also internally developed an Indian Railway Online Training (IROT) Platform where over 1,000 video content along with 1,200+ informative contents are made available for the railway staff to consume and scale up their capabilities in the areas of their work.

He is also the Resource Person for monitoring and evaluating the Digitization in Railways and contributes in Mission Karmayogi under the Capacity Building Commission for the development and enrichment of training program of Railway not only for High-Officials, but also for the field staff.
