With over 20 years of experience and is presently the Senior Divisional Personnel Officer at Mumbai Division of the Central Railways , where Human resource of over 45,000 Staff and Pensioners is being dealt on a daily basis. He is also a Trusted Resource Person under Asian Development Bank.

Dr. Tushaba is a very humble person who intends to channelize his expertise and capabilities in to better assist the Welfare of the Railway staff and their families. He has taken several initiatives which have helped both, staff along with their families and the administration as well.
